Your people sit fifty questions in the browser. Nothing to install. When a sitting is scored, a one-page PDF is emailed to your office, and the same PDF is on your office wallet. You keep that file. We hold our copy for 14 days, then we delete it. We do not store the answers or a name. They do not pay. We are not FedRAMP authorized. Your security office decides if a sitting is acceptable. $50 is the work-fit and the ZIP job list. $95 adds one practice exam. A VA class is on the VA page.

You keep the name. We do not ask for it.
Do not send a name, rank, MOS, unit roster, EDIPI, DoD ID number, SSN, or employee number. Match each code to a person on your own list. We read the answers only long enough to build the one-page PDF. We do not write those answers into the database. For 14 days the office can download that PDF from the wallet. Then we delete our copy. The email goes through our mail provider, which may keep a transmission copy. Cloudflare can see ordinary connection logs the way any host can. We do not keep a personnel IP file.
What we store
- Invoice, buyer email, the codes, and whether a person is still unused

What we refuse
- Legal names, rank, MOS, unit roster
- SSN, EDIPI, DoD ID, DOB, home address, phone
- Medical, disability, or biometric data
- Clearance, veterans-preference, or USAJOBS credentials
There is no ID box. Do not put an SSN, EDIPI, or DoD ID in a link or an email to us. DPA · data addendum · Privacy Act / PIA · security. A PDF still on the 14-day hold is deleted on written request. After that, the copy in your mail is yours. 72-hour breach notice.
What we do

Federal Fit is not a job board. It is not USAJOBS. It is not an IQ score and it does not hire anyone. It is a six-domain work profile plus an occupational-family map for exploration, mobility, and development.

Each person is one PDF. Fifty questions. Composite out of 110, six domain counts, and illustrative families labeled as not a qualification. No name on the file. You match the code on your list. You download the PDF. You keep it.
