Advanced Learning Academy LLC · Federal Fit

One seat is one brain-job fit report. You choose how many.

See it first: full sample report · sample dashboard. Then pick 6, 30, 100, or 290. Packs are quantity. The product does not change.

Question 1

We map brains to jobs.

Fifty questions. We score how a person thinks at work. We show whether that brain fits the job — occupational families they can actually do. That is Federal Fit. It is not a job board, not USAJOBS, not an IQ score, and not a hiring device.

USAJOBS posts openings. People still apply there. The ten-point fit comparison lives on the product page, after what we do: realworldcareers.com/federal#usajobs. USA Hire / OPM remain the hiring-exam path. We are not a substitute for those.

Question 2

What you get for each seat

Every seat is the same product. Quantity is your decision: 6 ($750), 30 ($3,000), 100 ($7,500), 290 ($14,500), then $50 each at 300+. Look at the files, then pick a number.

For that one seatWhat it is
The assessment50 questions, ~45–60 minutes, how they think at work
The reportSix-domain profile + occupational families that fit that brain. Full 12-page sample →
How you find itYour dashboard, seat number + the ID you typed. Sample dashboard →
How you keep itDownload HTML/CSV. It is yours. We never store a legal name or SSN
When they can take itAnytime. Seats do not expire. One completer per seat

Team and Scale add a 60-minute briefing across the seats you bought. SOW for the 290-seat Scale pack: SOW-SCALE-14500.

Question 3

91 of 100 still employed at 9 months — observational, not a guarantee.

FactStatus
The number91 of 100 still employed at 9 months. Actual headcount. Not a scaled 58-of-60 figure
EmployerAnonymous private employer. Not a federal agency. No CPARS
What it isObservational. Not a randomized trial. Not proof the next cohort hits 91
What it is notNot a job guarantee. Not a qualification determination. Not federal past performance

Full write-up: case-retention-9-month. Method class: research evidence.

Question 4

Where Federal Fit is defensible — and where it is not

UseAgency still must
Exploration / counselingPermittedTell participants this is not a qualification determination
Internal mobility / developmentPermittedHuman review. Do not auto-route people solely on scores
Workforce planning / series languagePermittedTreat maps as decision support, not authorized staffing tables
Screening, ranking, cutoffs, selectionProhibited as soldIf the agency later wants selection use, it needs current job analysis and its own validity evidence under OPM/EEOC rules. ALA does not sell Federal Fit as a pass/fail or ranking device

ALA responsibilities: label intended use at kickoff; no eligibility, grade, clearance, or hire output; export for the agency’s file. Agency responsibilities: job analysis before any selection use; adverse-impact monitoring if they expand use; human decision-maker. OPM: job analysis. EEOC: Uniform Guidelines Q&A.

Question 5

Can a CIO approve this cloud service?

FedRAMP Moderate in progress — not authorized Only the buying agency decides whether its use is inside FedRAMP scope. Detail: security architecture.

  • Boundary: public HTTPS site and APIs on Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1, R2). Stripe processes cards. Mailgun sends transactional mail.
  • Data flow: browser → TLS → Cloudflare Worker/Pages → D1 credential and score store. No agency on-prem agent.
  • No camera, mic, or geo. Cards never touch ALA servers.
  • Incident: notify the named agency contact within 72 hours of a confirmed breach involving that agency’s roster.
  • SSO/SAML: not in this SKU. Participants use emailed unique links. ALA admin consoles use Cloudflare/Stripe MFA.

FedRAMP 2026 scope. This packet is not an authorization.

Question 6

Section 508 Accessibility Conformance Report

Vendor self-assessment ACR (Revised Section 508 / VPAT®-style), dated 24 Aug 2026. Not a third-party lab certificate. Micro-purchases are not exempt from Section 508. Download: ACR.

Question 7

Participant data — collect, own, see, delete

Federal-specific addendum: data processing. The public privacy policy is not a substitute for that addendum.

  • Collected: Employer Worker ID the agency types (not SSN, not a legal name), responses, scores, timestamps, coarse IP. No names. No classified data.
  • Owner: the agency owns the export they download. ALA stores seat, ID, status, and results only.
  • Who sees it: named agency admins; ALA operators on a need-to-know basis; not sold; not used to train a public model from this cohort.
  • Delete: 30 days after written agency request, except legal hold. Confirm in writing.

Question 8

How people complete it — anytime, no expiry

  • Agency logs in. Numbered seats. They type IDs they control. They send access in their own mail. We never need worker names.
  • Auth: unique seat link, not PIV/SSO in this SKU.
  • Duration: about 45–60 minutes. Seats do not expire. Testing anytime. One completer per seat.
  • Browsers: current Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox. Phone usable; desktop preferred for the report.
  • Retakes: one completer per seat unless the agency asks to reset an unused/incomplete seat.
  • Accommodations: extra time / pause on written request to team@ before the session. Not a medical exam.
  • Help desk: 1-317-751-5444 and team@advancedlearning.academy, weekdays 9:00–17:00 America/New_York. Same-day response target on business days.
  • Integrity: no remote proctoring camera. Honor system plus server-side item lock. Not a high-stakes selection exam.

Question 10

Packet a cardholder can hand a contracting officer

Being under the micro-purchase threshold does not, by itself, authorize a buy. The purchaser needs delegated authority and must follow agency procedures. Commercial click-through terms can be problematic — use the SOW and this packet. FAR 13.2 · 13.3.
