1. Parties and item

Vendor: Advanced Learning Academy LLC, 1950 E Greyhound Pass, Carmel, IN 46033. UEI Z272LH7MCDT2. CAGE 1A8H4. Buyer: the federal agency named on the roster / invoice. Item: Real World Careers Federal Fit Scale cohort. Instrument: 50-item Federal Fit, freeze identified at kickoff.

2. Price and seats

Firm-fixed $14,500 USD for 290 seats. Extra seats: $50 each at 300+. Scale is $50 a seat. Price valid through 30 September 2026 unless replaced in writing.

3. Period

Login and numbered seats live within 5 business days of cleared payment. Seats do not expire. Testing anytime. One completer per seat. Agency assigns Employer Worker IDs it controls (not SSN, not legal names).

4. Deliverables

  1. 290 numbered seats on the agency desktop.
  2. 24/7/365 login: assign IDs, open that seat’s profile, download/export the file (agency keeps the copy).
  3. Individual six-domain HTML reports (no names stored by ALA).
  4. Occupational-family mapping and cohort CSV/HTML.
  5. Kickoff to lock intended use: exploration, internal mobility, or development — not selection.
  6. One 60-minute executive briefing.

5. Agency furnishes

Employer Worker IDs the agency controls (not SSN, not legal names); named admin login; written intended-use lock; accommodation requests. Agency distributes access in its own mail. ALA does not receive a hiring determination to issue.

6. Acceptance

Accepted when agency login and 290 numbered seats are live. Failure to issue login/seats within 10 business days of payment: full refund on written request.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Before seats are issued: full refund on written request. After issue: no per-seat refund; unused seats do not expire. 300+ seats $50 each each on top of Scale.

8. Use restriction

Federal Fit is decision support. It is not a sole basis for hire, grade, clearance, referral, or qualification. The vendor will not configure cutoffs or ranked lists for competitive examining under this SOW.

9. Invoicing

10. Order of documents

This SOW, then the approval packet, then commercial terms. If a click-through term conflicts with this SOW on refunds, use, or price, this SOW controls for this order.
