Welcome to Real World Careers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services operated by Advanced Learning Academy. By accessing or using Real World Careers, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

Important: All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Access begins when payment is confirmed. A refund of a sitting that was not started ends that credential.

4. Real World IQ Assessment

Career Fit does not include a Real World IQ assessment, and Real World IQ is not sold here for $99.

Assessment Integrity: You agree to complete the assessment honestly and without assistance. Results obtained through dishonest means may result in account termination without refund.

5. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not started your assessment. Once the assessment is started, the purchase is non-refundable, whether or not it is completed. This limitation protects the integrity of fully consumed digital services.

To Request a Refund: Email team@advancedlearning.academy within seven days with the purchase email and Stripe receipt or order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank posting times vary.

Legacy purchases

Current Career Fit access ends two years after purchase. No automatic renewal. You must repurchase to continue access.

Current Career Fit access ends two years after purchase. No automatic renewal. The score verification remains available for that two-year term unless an unstarted sitting is refunded.

Legacy purchases retain their original agreed entitlements. Grace Period: We provide a 7-day grace period after expiration to renew without losing your Real World IQ data.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

Binding Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, not in court.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Advanced Learning Academy is registered.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. A refund still follows the refund page: a full refund within 7 days only if the assessment was not started, and no refund after it was started.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advanced Learning Academy regarding your use of Real World Careers.

Current complete package — effective 2 October 2026

Program seats: 1–24 at $199 each; 25–49 at $175; 50–99 at $160; 100+ at $145. Every seat includes the complete participant package. ZIP job access lasts two years; US Testing Center is included for one year, up to three tests.

Individual Career Fit is $199 one time. The package includes the 50-question assessment, a score verification, and SumCruncher Daily. There is no automatic subscription renewal. Quantity pricing applies to every seat in the same order. Earlier purchases retain the entitlements stated at purchase.

Career-path reports and program activity

Program career-path reports use assessment domain results and a participant code. We retain the downloadable report for one year after completion, the same period as the office PDF. We do not retain raw answers for program sittings. Save your reports before their server copies expire.

Program completion summaries retain seat codes and activation/completion timestamps with order records. These summaries do not contain participant names, contact details, or answer records. The buyer keeps the name-to-seat roster in its own system. Completion metadata remains after the downloadable reports expire.

The private buyer wallet offers summary and seat-status CSV exports. These are activity records, not a participant-name roster or a measure of hiring outcomes. Buyer contact information is still used for payment and delivery.
