Clauses for a Scale order.

The public Terms are a consumer/commercial ToS. For a federal Scale buy, this addendum and the SOW control over click-through terms that conflict on price, refunds, use, or data.

Data processing	Agency DPA for the roster and scores
Small business	Small business where SAM representations for the award NAICS say so. Confirm live SAM at award. Not 8(a), HUBZone, or certified MBE in this addendum
