Advanced Learning Academy LLC is not a federal agency. A Privacy Act SORN is issued by the agency that maintains a system of records, if it determines one exists. Whether this buy needs a PIA is the agency privacy officer’s call. This page is what that officer usually needs from the vendor on day one.

| Can we run this without a PIA? | Only the agency privacy officer can say. For exploration/mobility with work emails, many offices still run a short PIA. We do not tell you to skip one |
