Real World Careers is not FedRAMP Authorized. Formal ACR/VPAT is in preparation.
Assessment results are one component of selection or counseling processes—not sole basis for employment decisions.
1. Purpose
Provide the Agency with a fixed-price pilot of Real World Careers to evaluate cognitive assessment administration, verified credential issuance, Role Blueprint–supported job analysis support, candidate/employer reporting, and operational fit for [PROGRAM / OFFICE / USE CASE].
2. Period of performance

Illustrative firm-fixed price (default package): $74,500 USD (negotiable by seat count, modules, and reporting depth). Not a “free” pilot.
4. Contractor deliverables
- Kickoff briefing and configuration plan
- Assessment access workflow for candidates (browser-based)
- Administration of up to 500 completed assessments within seat limit
- Individual cognitive domain reports / profiles per completed assessment
- Verified Cognitive Profile Summary codes for completed assessments
- Role Blueprint worksheets for up to 3 job families (tasks, domain weights, interview prompts, human-review checklist)
- Hiring-manager / counselor orientation session (remote)
- Mid-pilot status check (metrics: completion rate, support tickets, issues log)
- Final pilot report: usage metrics, qualitative feedback summary, recommendations, limitations
- Compliance status appendix (FedRAMP, 508/ACR, data handling) current as of pilot start
5. Agency responsibilities
- Designate COR / technical POC and decision authority
- Identify job families and provide SME time for Role Blueprint sessions
- Ensure use complies with Merit System Principles, Veterans’ Preference, EEO, privacy, and agency policy
- Provide reasonable accommodation requests process coordination
- Human review of any employment-related use of results
- Timely feedback for final report
6. Technical approach (summary)
- Behavioral cognitive assessment across six work-relevant domains (not a medical/neuro exam)
- Results used as structured evidence alongside interviews, skills, and experience
- Cloud-hosted application; candidate access via modern browser
- Data encrypted in transit and at rest per platform architecture
7. Exclusions (not included unless separately priced)
- FedRAMP authorization sponsorship or 3PAO assessment
- Completed ACR/VPAT production certification package (unless added as CLIN)
- USA Staffing production system integration
- Guaranteed reduction in time-to-hire, bad-hire rate, or adverse impact
- Legal advice or agency policy determinations
- Unlimited seats beyond purchased quantity
- On-site staffing / recruiter placement desk (optional separate engagement)
8. Service levels (pilot)

9. Data handling
- Assessment data used to provide pilot services and reporting
- No sale of personal assessment data for advertising
- Subprocessors typically include Cloudflare (hosting/security) and Stripe (if commercial payments); agency invoice pilots may avoid card processing

11. Price & payment
- Firm-fixed-price preferred
- Payment: Net 30 via ACH/invoice upon award milestones as agreed (e.g., 50% kickoff / 50% final report, or agency standard)
- Optional CLINs: additional seats, extra Role Blueprints, custom items, on-site training, extended reporting
12. Acceptance
Agency acceptance of the final pilot report and confirmation that deliverables in Section 4 were provided constitutes completion of the pilot CLIN, subject to warranty of workmanlike performance for 30 days after final report delivery for material defects in deliverables.
