Evaluation methods
Internal review of public federal, approval, sample-report, and assessment surfaces: keyboard tab order, visible focus, zoom without user-scalable=no, control size, form labels, and language/title. Not a full WCAG 2.2 AA audit. Assistive-technology sample: NVDA spot-check is not complete as of this date.

Known exceptions / remediation
- Assessment session timer: extra time is granted on written request (Q8 of the packet). Timer is not a medical diagnostic.
- Menu control is 44×44 CSS pixels as of 24 Aug 2026.
- Third-party Stripe Checkout accessibility is Stripe’s ACR, not this one.
- Charts on marketing pages are decorative summaries; the same numbers exist as text.

Current Chromium, Firefox, Safari; Windows, macOS, iOS, Android. Screen-reader support: in progress; do not claim JAWS-certified.
